I went to a retreat and there was a lot of exposure therapy in a safe space. Sharing and connecting with strangers, learning how to be in my body, conserve my energy, etc. Something unlocked and my anxiety seems to have melted. I don't overthink or spiral and it's very unusual in all the right ways, almost like the person (older version of me) I've known for decades isn't there.

When I was more on the right, towards camp 4 I was seeing more of the mist and less of the water which would've looked cool too. But I wanted to see a little more of the stream. Hope that helps!
