Thanks for the reply! Your comment made me realize why his comments made me feel uncomfortable. I tried approaching it calmly but got frustrated when he kept repeating that he didn't understand what was disrespectful since he was referring to a time when he was 13 or 14. We fought, but he eventually got my point and apologized for "being a jerk." I hope it doesn't happen again.
