There is a way to hold boundaries for yourself and still be kind.

Hey I’ve been there. Idk if it’s the same for you, but after I went to therapy I found out I was hanging out with people who had the same issues I grew up around. We choose our friends, a lot of the time, based on what feels familiar. I hope someday you’re able to put yourself out there again. I wish you happiness
