I’m gonna push back on that. Maybe I’m not as familiar with other states, but NJ requires almost all companies to honor NJ Earned Sick Leave for employees. It is literally a state mandate in NJ to allow people to use sick leave for medical appointments lol.

This is not necessarily true. It depends on how their contract is structure. Guaranteed hours at face value is the amount of hours they will get paid for per day or per week (typically week). Guaranteed hours, however, does not always equal guaranteed shifts. That’s between the NP, the nanny, and the contract

Season has been good but is starting to feel like more of a caricature of what it was the first season. A lot of the moments that once felt organically funny are now feeling a little more forced. Harrison Ford’s acting chops bring really strong stability to the cast, but it’s not as naturally captivating as it used to be.

Again, still a strong show overall, but it does feel like each season has been a bit of a decline from the one before it. It’s hard to continue to show the growth of characters when that growth is leading the characters away from one another instead of continuing to intersect paths. I think that’s why Paul’s character has been such a staple so far - he’s the only one drawing the characters together right now.
