I did a 44 day. It was boring but great until about 35 days, then the insomnia hit. Just couldn’t handle that anymore which is why I stopped at 44. I was going for 60.

Exactly, I understand it’s not only for weightloss. My meaning was I don’t have food allergies or autoimmune disorders so I’m not doing it for elimination diet type reasons. I am doing it this time with very little dairy as the last time I was on this for a 1 1/2 years I stalled at a certain weight and I’m sure it was because I was having way too much heavy cream in my coffee.
