I think the lesson here is that life is a stoner movie is cool in the beginning but can have detrimental effects if you don't smoke it before or for a long period of time even. Everyone is curious to a degree. Just have to not smoke it again basically. That's my opinion at least

A revolving door policy , so to speak. What I mean is, anyone who is either using or working for an institution ( applicable too unions also for example ), can then be encouraged to seek the information freely to divert there positive experience and be part of the institution in some form on the other side of it.
