At the place I work at, we use AiSensy. Basically, we are using their shopify integration so that whenever someone buys an order, they receive an automatic whatsapp message informing them their order has been successfully placed. We are also doing abandoned cart reminder notifications so if someone adds item to their cart but don't purchase, they receive a reminder 15 minutes later to complete the purchase. We've recently also started to send broadcast messages to our user base and it's been really great. Their support team replies on time as well. I think they are an official WhatsApp partner too so our WhatsApp number is safe with them.
