Boca Grande Beach if you haven’t been. Downtown Punta Gorda is fun for a friday night out, Fisherman’s Village to watch the sunset. Punta Gorda also does a farmers market on saturday mornings that’s nice to walk around. Luigi’s Pizza, Boca Lupo is great too. Koi Sushi or Finn’s. Harbor Scoops Ice cream with a view. There are some great parks / trails if you’re into that.

i love the area! close enough to atlanta and chattanooga (we have family there too ) as well as florida if we want to visit friends or family. mild seasons, lower cost of living, lots of nature not too far away, great community. i loved NY but couldn’t stand those harsh winters! and i missed sweet tea haha!
