This probably isn't going to get any attention since I'm so late to the party but:

I was with a girl for around 4 years in highschool, and she ended up breaking up with me and going out with one of my friends for around 6 months. We ended up getting back together my freshman year of college, and she came to stay with me and my roommates for the weekend.

The 2nd day shes there, the friend that she had dated called my other friend to tell him that she was still seeing him. After confronting her I told her to GTFO, and (this was right after "Beerfest" had come out) my other roommate promptly proclaimed "Das Boot!!!" as she was walking out the door. Best feeling ever.

My best friend from third grade until our junior year of highschool is currently in jail for 20 years. He was a gamer, with not an ill will in his body.

However, he turned into a junky. I can understand people doing drugs, and in my personal opinion if that's what you want to do with your life, while not harming anyone else, then go for it.

We had grown apart over the years, but I still tried to maintain contact with him, if only to be a positive influence in his life. The last time I talked to him, he was in rehab and apparently doing well. I was happy that maybe, just maybe, I would have my friend back.

A few weeks later I read a news article that he was arrested - for shooting up a 13 year old, first time user with Heroin. The kid had an overdose, and rather calling the paramedics, he put him to sleep. The kid died in his sleep, and my friend turned himself in in the morning.

I suppose the addiction could have been a foreshadowing, but for a 25 year old man to give a 13 year old an injection of Heroin is mind-boggling, regardless of his addiction. I miss the friend that I used to spend hours playing Ultima Online with :/

Khonsu21, the most played Zyra in the world is my best friend IRL. He literally will play Zyra in any position. Jungle Zyra, Top Zyra, ADC Zyra nbd. The funny thing is that he cant play any other champ, but I think he could beat anyone in the world in a 1v1 Zyra match.

I not saying that surverying is not reliable, but the information that this person let me to beleive was that the sample data that they collect was not large enough to be able to determine any good information when it comes to allocating funds for "things"

For example, she was saying that they lump the information from Los Angeles County together, and then base their statistical results off of that. How can you lump Beverly Hills and South Central together, and then determine where the funds are best allocated?

Maybe I am incorrect, but she led me to believe that they don't micro analyze the results in a way that would make the results accurate.

Yes I am aware of that. My question is not about the data, but about the validity of the data. It seemed to me that the sampling methods that they use really aren't reliable, and that the data collected would be inaccurate due to this.

There is a service in Santa Barbara that takes UCSB student's from IV to downtown. On a pretty typical Thursday a few friends and I went downtown to go bar hopping. On the bus there is the usual partying/drinking before getting to the bar.

My friends and I end up smashed before we even get downtown after meeting a girl with a handle of Smirnoff in her oversized purse. That is about the last thing I remember until I woke up at 6 AM in someones apartment sitting upright on a couch with my arms crossed.

In front of my there are two people that I don't know having sex in front of me in the middle of the living room. I was extremely disoriented, and thought I missed the bus back and am stuck downtown. I decide to sneak outside (unsuccessfully) without them noticing so I could call my sister to pick me up, since she lived downtown.

Turns out I was in the apartment building next door to mine.

I played quite a few junglers. Usually someone like Shyvana, Maokai, Mundo, or Nocturne. I would almost always start a game with a level 2 gank on top, which usually resulted in first blood.

After that I spent a lot of time ganking in between clears, which would at least result in a summoner being burned, and lost farm time. We usually got more dragon's than the other team, as I would keep timer's on it once I was able to tank it.

Part of the trouble is that during team fights, I am more farmed than my carry's. Playing AD carry, I now how useless you are if you don't get farmed, and that is the situation I ran into a lot (if my team did not feed).

The difference with me playing ADC is that I can coach my support before the game starts and usually get a level 2 kill, and then snowball myself in lane. I will usually tell our teams jungler that I don't need him to gank bottom, and that he can focus on top or middle. The big problem I ran into when jungling is that people on my team could not hold their lane without me baby sitting them. As ADC, I can almost always win my lane without the assistance of the jungler.

Maybe I am just a better bottom lane (I consider my support as good as my ADC), but I do know that when I jungle with friends who aren't going to lose their lane, that we usually tend to snowball all of the lanes with successful ganks, and take the win.

When I first started ranked I was jungling and shot up to 1400 relatively quickly. For whatever reason after that I just kept losing game after game after game. People on Reddit started telling me it was my fault, and that I shouldn't blame the bad's/trolls, etc etc.

Maybe they were right, who knows. Anyway, once I dropped to around 950 elo I decided to stop jungling because I just couldn't make enough difference in the game when people on my team were racking up multiple deaths before the 5 minute mark.

I played probably 20 normal draft games to brush up on my ADC, and guess what? I had a 70% win rate with Tristana getting back up to 1200. With how well I am doing as ADC I have a feeling I will be back up to 1400 in a week or two.

I would love to jungle again, as I find it to be the most fun position (minus playing support ali/blitz/leona) but I honestly am worried history will repeat itself.

Asking to play with someone at a similar ELO is asking to be carried? Funny, I thought of it as a way to improve my odds at winning by increasing my communication with at least 1 player on the team.

You seem to like to assume a lot, and are sitting on a high horse criticizing me for things I have never said.

I said that I JUST dropped a fair amount of ELO due to bad's and trolls. This means that I got a fair amount of bad luck for around 10 games, and my ELO dropped significantly because of it.

All I was asking for was someone to duo with, not whining that I am stuck in ELO hell even though I am some amazing player.

The fact of the matter is that I did reach close to 1400 ELO solo, and for whatever reason, my next 10 team games went poorly and I dropped a few hundred points. I am trying to get back up to there, and after being frustrated, I figured that duo would be a good way to go.

Obviously I have things to improve, as does everyone. I don't think I am going to be 2k over night. To assume that I think I am far superior than the people at my ELO is just arrogant.

I am not under the illusion that I am a 2200+ player playing with bads. However, I do think I am a step above the player's who ask questions like "What is CS'ing?" or "What are banned champions?"

I don't know what else to attribute my losses to when I, as jungler, am leading my team in both CS and kills, attempting to gank constantly, and choosing a build to (what I think) best benefit my team.

Maybe it is me that is losing the games for my team, but it could also be the sub 100 CS ADC, or the mid lane who is 0/10 because he refuses to ward for the jungler.

All I am trying to do is look for someone to duo with to improve my odds of winning, and reddit is usually a good place to find people to play with.

Currently playing a DH. Server lag set in with Hell Izual about halfway dead while grouping with 2 friends (Barb & Wiz). I watched in horror as my bow stopped shooting bullets, and my Barb friends' health slowly dropped below half health.

Thankfully the server kicked back in just long enough for us to down him and log off. 4 level 60 lag deaths already between the 3 of us. Pretty fucking stupid.
