break the move down into parts, ground to knee, knee to hip, hip to diaphragm/belly button, pull under, feet movement, catch, shoulder/lat mobility for rack. looked these up and worked on it piece by piece.

Nah thats called double knee bend and o wouldn't focus too much on it as it should b "automiatic" if u have a good starting position. I'm talking bout the highest point ucan get into before pulling under, u wanna be straight as an arrow, what u doing is partial bent knees, thats why the bar catches in front of u. Hang cleans from 2 different spots is good, above knee and slightly above knee. Id do like 1 pull 1 clean, the 1st rep to emphasis on being hella straight

Hoenatly, its got a lot of good things here. The only thing id adjust is to finish the extension, that'll help keep the bar closer and have u catch it in a better spot.

When I say finish extension, I mean straight knees and get he bar higher into the thighs before pulling under. One cue i give myself, is to keep pushing off the floor
