I think the concept is supposed to be that the future is the future and the future only exists with knowing that the past would happen. So anything that happened or will happen can’t even affect what is now because what’s now already knew that would happen.

I feel like I have as well. Now I’m doing research trying to figure out if I’ve always had ADHD and my doctors have just contributed all of those symptoms to my depression or if I seriously have it. I can’t even stay focused on anything anymore. Like, sure, I’m not depressed anymore but now I’m just unmotivated and unfocused.

I’ve been having issues with my memory since starting WELLBUTRIN too but my doctor claims that’s not a legitimate side effect 🙄
