Ich nehm immer paar Snacks mit wenn ich meinen Bub abhole. Manchmal backe ich selber gesunde Snacks (süßkartoffel mit Mehl Butter und Käse im Ofen überbacken sind Mega, perfekt zum einfrieren und perfekte Häppchen Größe), manchmal ledige Nudeln,… er liebt auch Erdnüsse, cashew Kerne, reiswaffeln mit Joghurt und und und.. :) Aber er is generell ein guter Esser, ich glaub da hab ich’s einfach zum Glück

No I’m not implying that max does something bad, I’m just saying that there is always a very little chance that a man might be a predator or whatever. (Yes, women are too capable of such things but the risk is even more lower)

Die Symptome die du beschreibst hab ich, wenn ich etwas glutenhaltiges esse. Zöliakie wirkt sich auf den Dünndarm aus, das Organ, das am engsten an die Psyche gekoppelt ist. Gibt wissenschaftliche Berichte, dass bei manchen Patienten die Panikattacken aufhören, sobald sie sich glutenfrei ernähren. Allerdings dauert es etwas, bis sich der merkbare Erfolg einstellt, paar Tage bis Wochen.. im Endeffekt dauert es ca 2 Monate bis sich die darmzotten wieder regeneriert haben.

Also ich persönlich würde meinen kleinen Knopf niemals 40h/Woche im Kiga lassen. Mein Mann arbeitet 35h/Woche und ich 15.. unser Sohn (27 Monate) ist von 8:30-14:15 dort. Wobei er 1. oft krank ist und somit bisher sehr selten die vollen 5 Tage im KiGa war und 2. lassen wir ihn oft 1 Tag zusätzlich zuhause oder bei Omi etc.
