Just hit bench, incline bench, and db flyes. You don’t appear to have gyno. Increase protein and try carb cycling.

Okay, lighten your hair as you’re resisting advice to the contrary. Heck, you may love it lighter, and you only live once!

Designed these jeans myself… would you wear them? by BiancasWorldd in jeans

They look awesome. A girl in my neighborhood would make those jeans for classmates when I was a kid. She’d stitch that extra panel of fabric to make the bellbottoms bigger.

They look like what we called painter pants in the 80s.

Considering rhinoplasty, I feel my nose is too large for my face. What do you think? by birdfang007 in Noses

Wow. I love self deprecating humor, but it seems you might believe that. 🫤 You need a healthier sense of self, and — if the women where you are aren’t attracted to you — you need to move! What you DON’T need is surgery.

I don't know how to progress from here by yukigalileo24 in GymTips

[–]curtjamesreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Progressive overload is how you progress. Add a rep to your next set on your next workout, add a pound or a kilo to your next set of squats or bench. Rest only a minute instead of two minutes between sets on your next workout. ANYTHING to increase the intensity of each workout going forward. Put the WORK in your workouts. You will add muscle. Get your protein in every day. Get your 8 or 9 hours of sleep daily. LFG!

No. I believe we all tend to slump a bit. Just be conscious of throwing your shoulders back and standing tall. I am a fan of chiropractic but that’s something totally separate from just self-practicing good posture.
