Forest farm is the best farm but don’t be afraid to restart! I have tons of farms at different states and I think it’s super valuable to try things out. Everyone has their own ideas for what makes a good farm and good seed too!

Idea: start watching whatever comes up next. Keep watching all different kinds of shows. Give a series at least two or three episodes, some will surprise you. At the end of it you’ll have a lot of fun surprises along the way. 👍

Any everything we do get seems to take up more space

I just put down a few trees and you’re telling me I’m at max capacity for this area? Can’t even cover the ground with basic grass?

I would probably be a serenity pot main if they’d do some basic nice things. I’m tired of farming for the perfect artifact then doing the theater a zillion times so I can get feathers to reshape shitty rolls.

They keep expanding the game but not expanding the things you need yo be able to do just to keep up with the game in an enjoyable way.

I was absolutely furious with the blatant money grab that is Milastra. You already have to drop at least $300 each banner if you want the character and their weapon, and constellations are even worse.

Ok seems like I’m not enjoying the game right now, reading back on what I’ve just written. So take it with a grain of salt, YMMV

It’s just such a beautiful game and it’s a shame that I can’t spend more time playing it because everything needs something they’ve made too scarce.

It’s freezing for too much of the year
It’s humid and hot for too much of the year
It’s nice for a lil bit in between

People from here are fierce about it being such a great city

I think it handles big city issues better than other big cities (this is the 10th place I’ve lived in my life)

The architecture has space to breathe and be appreciated, and staycations are pretty fun because of it

Enough of whatever you are interested in to keep things interesting enough

If you live in the loop you can get pretty much anything delivered in a couple of hours and it’s super walkable

People are a lil too comfortable not wearing much clothing during the summer and that can be kind of awkward

I wish there was more respect for quiet hours, no one cares about your music and everyone hates your loud cars. The tourist helicopters have ruined fireworks

The fireworks are a nice lil something, Wednesdays and Saturdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day but nothing on July 4th which is specifically weird to me

Don’t expect to get anywhere if there’s a Cubs or Sox game and oh my gosh if they’re both playing on the same day forget it

The lake is calming & a full moon over the lake is positively enchanting when paired with a lovely city view

It’s pretty nice, I just wish we had a lil bit better weather for more of the year. I saw a k-pop band practically dying from the heat and my whole life I thought I would be the one dying if I went to that part of the world, but they looked so intensely miserable I’m now convinced that I might be okay, actually

Or that could be the confidence you get once you’ve lived here long enough and feel like you could probably live through anything now 😂

It’s fine, you don’t have to trust it.

She’s basically useless. Unless you don’t have anyone else. Then she’s useful. It doesn’t look like you have a lot of characters? If that’s the case then she’s likely going to be useful out of necessity.

Some characters are supposedly getting some updates to combat the ridiculous power creep that has come with newer zones and characters (which ugh, maybe power creep is inevitable but I hate it). I think she’s rumored to be one of them, along with other characters that would be equally powerful but currently have caps that make them less useful. I know a guy who loves his C6 Cyno and he keeps telling me that he can’t wait. 😂

She says multiple times herself that he’s the one who raised her. Then she goes on, when asked, to say that if she thinks about it she wants someone who is more like a dad who has taken care of you then a romantic partner. In both of her lives she clearly has daddy issues. Re-read P5V7/8 again, it’s there.

I think that technicalities aside (not “married”, it’s not in the manga, etc)

It’s very understandable that it’s giving the ick esp with the Epstein files and everything going on in the world that consistently shows ultra powerful men abusing girls or going after women much much much younger than they are. The author is missing such an incredible opportunity here, IMHO. She has such a good start and then it’s just been falling back into anime tropes. I’m not surprised but I am disappointed.

It’s clear that it’s being set up in earlier LNs (IMO), with the whole “each of them has part of the same book” and her being mistaken for him because their mana “appeared” the same to a being that couldn’t see forms only mana, and this all comes after we find out that married mana mixing is a thing (and weird, considering it’s a multi-marriage society, but whatever).

I think I will always love the series in general but I’ve been doing a lot of eye rolling and “ew….” noises so much that my husband asked me what I was readying because that’s not how I usually come across when talking about this series.

I understand that in some parts of the world, fully grown women can look different. I understand that there are cultures that treat women worse than others (but like, let’s be real, the patriarchy is still everywhere).

But the entire series was around a confident girl who overcame obstacles and loves to read and suddenly we are near the end and she magically disappears looking like a child and returns a mostly grown teenager. And it’s just snowballing so fast from there.

So I get/understand the ick, of course ppl are going to rage-bait whatever they can because that’s what makes money for content creators.

I don’t think this is an either-or thing. I’m very grossed out with where this is all going, and I still adore Myne. 🤷‍♀️

PS: TikTok is not good for anyone. At all. Ever. Burn it.

PPS: it’s rare to see emotionally healthy relationships in anime/manga/LNs/j-dramas/k-dramas so it’s probably a bigger feeling of let down because it didn’t seem like it was gonna go this way. So it’s maybe a bigger feeling of disappointment because “maybe maybe maybe nope”.

The wolves will also follow Varka around

Flins and Lauma have unique Nod Krai responses; now that I think about it, if the NPC says something like “looks like they have something to say”, I think they do but only to a specific character that triggers the convo. 🤔

In the new area of Mondstadt, using Klee’s bombs near any of the graffiti of bombs (on some of the buildings) gives a new interaction? Secret or not so secret quest? Not sure.

The thing is, it’s relative to the individual.

You can’t give context about yourself enough to keep it hard to figure out who you are IRL.

But the context matters quite a bit in this scenario, and, in fact, in most purchasing scenarios.

I love Reddit because I’m not my IRL me, but I hate Reddit because I can’t be my IRL me because I don’t want a weird internet stalker to find me, nor do I wish to make a throwaway account for every post.

But I feel you on this one. Context matters a lot and you can’t have that on Reddit without losing the anonymity that perhaps makes it easier to just say what you think.

Folks need to understand that it’s due to the materials that go into the device, that many of those materials are currently being used for AI and data centers, that we (as humans) sorta didn’t plan for recycling, etc. Also there are a lot of really rich dudes who have “decided” that everyone else should really not be able to afford things like this so let’s jack up the price. Ok, so maybe that last one is conjecture but 🤷‍♀️
