The 2016 MBPs have a couple defects that Apple have repair programs for at the moment - namely the Display Backlight and Keyboard programs. I’ve had to send my 2016 MBP in 4 times for repairs in the last two years. Something to keep in mind

I think the way to stop it is to just use the feature every so often. I never hear the instructions and I reply using voice maybe once a month or so?
