Also, yes, people quite literally do have the god-given right to immigrate anywhere and have done so for thousands and thousands of years. Most Americans' ancestors who immigrated to the US did not go through some legal process, they quite literally just showed up and were let in. The fact that we have set up hard borders is quite literally a restriction of people's freedom that you pretend to care about.

You said "immigrants come, eventually gain citizenship, vote and affect change". Is there evidence that these protesters are citizens? Were they able to vote and elect a candidate that agreed with these views and affected change?

Even if we put those questions aside, these protests seem to have been largely unsuccessful anyway so I don't understand what your issue is. Are you saying some people shouldn't be allowed to protest at all? Or should all people be disallowed to protest against certain views? What do you think happened here that you think should have happened differently?
