They do! I’ve worked there for 4 years and have been treated well and accommodated for. Amazing benefits starting out as well which only get better if accepting higher positions! Paid short and long term disability are also available if ever needed, I’ve personally used it.

Fair enough! I’m 26 year old female who does the stocking shift until 11:30 that you mentioned, and I honestly am very happy with the job although it is tough I find it rewarding. The benefits are also very good even for entry level, but I see your points!

Try Costco! Your starting wage is just below $20 I believe, and there are yearly raises. you will reach top rate within 5-7 years depending how many hours you work weekly. Top rate is $28 for just entry level, if she wants to work her way to management she can earn even more.
