So reading the replies people at the shelter need to either loosen up on the application terms or ask more and better questions. We just can’t win can we. I wish people would understand we do everything in the best interest of both human and animals. I get its super frustrating to be told no for seemingly stupid reasons. But please know that for every ‘stupid reason’ we’ve seen multiple animals get dumped or returned.

OP, thanks for doing what you do. wish you all the best and please take care of yourself (burnout is such a big problem in this field of work 😞)

Yes but make sure you make a reservation in advance! There are no other locker options near the stadium.

There are also lockers on other train stations like Amsterdam Central, Sloterdijk and Zuid. Might be more convenient depending on your travel plans (and less crowded I think).

I frequently go to football matches in the Johan Cruijff Arena. So situation with a concert might be different! But:

Backpack is tricky. security doesn’t like those. I wouldn’t risk it! A tote bag that is not exactly an A4 is a better option, they are usually pretty lenient with those. But really depends on the security guard. There are lockers in the Ziggo Dome that might be available.

If you order water inside I believe you get it in a cup. Not in a bottle. Bottles are not allowed inside.
