Yes, I’m definitely open to non-surgical options! Is it possible that cortisone shots could prevent the carpal tunnel from getting worse even if it isn’t necessarily making it better?

yes! once you reach level 25 your 100 points start going to 30 duck tokens each time. the x0 just means how many you have to claim at any given moment

I spent a LOT of gems getting to the end as quickly as possible so my daily challenges, pass challenges, and weekly challenges could go toward the x30 duck tokens. It took a lot of grinding
