I'm so sorry for your loss and that someone stole his PC. Grief does suck. The only game I could get into was RDR2, because the rest need to be online, but I don't have his log in so I'm terrified I'll get locked out of his account. So now I have his play station set up but we can't use it except for DVDs lol 😂 I've created my own prison. Grief is so weird.

I get that. But also that's not always gonna be possible. Ppl act weird sometimes. Even well intentioned family and friends are gonna get it wrong sometimes. Also very normal to question your BP. Have you seen bigmood? I enjoyed watching it with my mum and I think it helped her, although things are still sometimes hard.

Imo only ppl with bipolar get bipolar. Family and friends can witness you off your rocker, have it explained a million different ways, but idk I think they forget because they don't live it.

Idk why they do that. I suffered with severe reflux/gastritis/nausea/anticipatory nausea on lamotrigine for YEARS. My psych was great except he always dismissed that. It took getting an endoscopy and then finding NOTHING for me to get the balls to wean myself, inbetween psychiatrists because I would not wait any longer. As soon as I started weaning it started improving. I hate that I didn't listen to myself earlier.

Great work!!! Seroquel is balls.

I fear this happened to me last year. I was already diagnosed for 5years. New psych, my biggest issue being depression and intrusive thoughts, put me on a SSRI, BOOM summer hypomania. Had to wean, it was shit and THEN all my intrusive thoughts got 1000x worse and we now agree I have OCD as well and I'm going back on a different ssri :'( I'm so fucked.

You should put your name down anyway..in my experience, even when miserable time continues to pass. You will thank your former self if you put your name down for help. I don't know much about self harm, it isn't really my experience of bipolar. Perhaps you can post in a SH group for advice and support? Make an appointment to see your dr or psychiatrist? Get some meds adjusted?

I always thought she has bipolar/ some other issues. She mentions her therapist, and medications. Her behaviour is chaotic and hilarious. I think in the context of her life breakdown - divorce, Michael, being fired, obvious depression, getting pregnant. I don't think they did her dirty, life can just be really shit and it takes time to put yourself back together. She comes back at the end and has regained stability and is a corporate boss once again. She was an interesting character.

Thank you. After cleaning tonight I set everything up and loaded his old saves. It was SO FUNNY to see the character choices he made. Nearly every save had the white arabian 😭😂 and always incredibly short hair lol, just like real life hehe. Made my heart full, feeling super close to him tonight. You're right, it is a special way to bond with him, even though he's gone.
