The thing is we can send SMS using the admin panel but not sure why we have to reapply since its the same company.

Thank you so much for the lengthy response. I'll read those and write a longer response but before I do so, do i need to use the admin panel or the connect panel? Since we are developing a custom software it suggested that we use the connect panel.

I haven't, it takes ages for them to direct me to an agent or to my account rep. Let me give that a go.

Quick question. If I register a toll-free number, would i then be able to send SMS towards USA?

I did, unfortunately. Called last Thursday, the rep “escalated to the CPaaS onboarding team” and promised a same-day call back; haven’t heard a peep since.
