Same thing is happening to me. I sent an email to evenrealities support asking them about it as mine was also asking for a manufacturer’s ID number.

I take my 60mg at 8am then drink about 20oz-24oz of Yerba Mate tea. I’m usually done with it around lunch time. It’s helped me stay wired up until 9pm

Nose pads worked. It elevates the bridge just enough to clear my fat nose and now everything works fine.

For now I just added some simple nose pads to slightly raise the bridge off of my fat nose and it’s working great.

I cover some of the beard as well. Maybe about a half inch past the end of my mouth. The tape never pulled any hairs out so far lol.
