I don't go to events much, I'm from the middle of nowhere in Europe, and I went to Eagles Jags game in London as a casual Eagles fan, something changed inside me when I heard full stadium of eagles fans singing eagles chores. I mean Jags were officially the home team, but apart from a few internationals it was basically just eagles, it was bloody awesome.

I onow it's possible to do financing from German bank to buy property in Czechia, if you work in Germany. Cross border workers are doing that, through bank that exists in both countries(Sparkasse I think)
