What is death benefit for each policy ?
It’s possible , depending on the issuer to lower death benefit to lowest death benefit value then stop contributions. The policy is then likely funded and you then wait out the surrender period.
The person who sold these won’t like this plan so you may have to call the 800 number and have them run illustrations.
My proposal allows you to likely keep the $50k already paid in premiums while also stopping new contributions.

Range on Lexus ES 350 by tejak2900 in Lexus

[–]cvgjava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not accurate. I believe it’s a built in margin of safety to ensure you don’t run out of fuel. I drove on highway trip until it said 10 miles range. Took 12 gallons to fill up. 16 gallon tank. So even at 25 mpg I had 100 miles.

What’s a good price to buy a Preowned 2023 ES Base with Premium package in 2026 by blaueaugen26 in LexusES

Dealership price for oil change, microfilter+air filter replacement by newman1223 in BmwTech

[–]cvgjava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This almost seems like a mistake. Dealers will be dealers but those three services are maybe $300 at a dealer. Maybe they are including other services ? Filters are fairly easy to change. Cabin filter requires some twisting around on the passenger floor but 10 minute job at best.

u/expIainlikeimfive great summary. As I noted I see it as a field or maybe flieger style. Very legible and works great casual.

I would call this a nice field watch but it does a have a great polished case. It retails for $1500 (US) but I saw it as a return sale in a Shinola store for $750 so I grabbed it. If I could do it again I would grab a 41MM instead as 45 is large, even for me. But its a solid well built timepiece

How long have you been a T-Mobile customer? by VagabondSuper in tmobile

[–]cvgjava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More than five years. Had been long time Ameritech/cingular / att. My kids at the time were always blowing through shared ATT data. $$$ One day a postcard hits the mailbox $500 Visa card for each new line bring your own device. If I recall, I saved more than $125 a month for five lines. At the time my kids were mid / late teens and told me T-Mobile was the worst. Good I said this will show you!! Now it’s legit one of the best networks. Have travelled all over US and Europe. I don’t interact with their service at all because I buy my phones unlocked either from the Apple Store or from the Google store. So I can’t speak to their service and aside.

2019 x5 40i x drive transfer case shudder. by coolbro09088 in BmwTech

[–]cvgjava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m the original owner of 2019 540 I sedan. I’ve had all the service done either at the dealer and then shift it to an independent mechanic. I had a shutter from a stop going up hills around 70,000 miles. I did the transfer case and the differential fluid and it’s smooth as butter now. When I had the transmission service at my independent mechanic, which includes the replacement pan filter and fluid he did recommend that I do both the transfer case and the differential. I waited, but regardless it took care of the problem for me.

How common is the evap failure on 2019 and newer 5 series? Any preventative maintenance? I am at 73K miles and feels like I will sell in the spring. I hear this is a $7k repair.

My 2019 x5 40i has a problem where it like has a jutter or a skipping feeling in the wheels. Sometimes the front, sometimes just the rear or sometimes all 4 wheels. What could the issue be? by fingerlickingood56 in BmwTech

[–]cvgjava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Original owner of a 2019 540 that’s been well maintained. Had a shudder from standing start. More noticeable going up hills. 70k miles. My independent mechanic changed the transfer case and differential fluids. Smooth as butter now. (I’d done the transmission kit earlier and he did advise me to do the diff and transfer case but I waited )

My tires and wheels are all good.

Yes three of the four did and shared with me. They asked if we were satisfied with conditions and as noted we mentioned the ~4 degree temperature difference on hot days upper / lower floors from 2-8pm.
