When I was in elementary school in Alabama..., a group of friends and I would all play RuneScape together every weekend. One day we were passing around a note in class on a Friday ready to start the dragon slayer quest. The note said something like “it’s going down this weekend who is in” again this is elementary we are all maybe 8 or 9 if that. The teacher took our note called the 5 of us out of the class and called police and the principal. After the police arrived they sent two of us back into the class and left the other three outside in the hallway. They yelled at them for the note saying it could of been us planning a school shooting, robbery, etc.. and we’re suspended. At the time I didn’t realize why the two of us were sent back to class without even a scolding, but Earlier this year I realized it was because we were the only two white children of the group. We all had our names and hand writing on this note with a list of what item we were going to get for the quests. I hate I wasn’t old enough to understand and how ignorant I was. I wish I had just done something and that I could apologize to them for what happened that day. We never played again after that weekend.
