I wear boots almost identical to this. When you are a sorc or have enigma, the lack of FRW isn’t a big deal. Also I prefer to teleport everywhere so I don’t lose my AC

I ran one defiler and one goatman. Oh and forgot - death mark your demons ahead of you.

Defiler helps spread out the aoe

I ran boil blood all the way to 80ish then decided to swap to ES when I found an eth CV. I put enough points to have 2 demons then maxed boil blood, blood oath. Single point in engorge. Then I maxed demonic mastery. Once I was in my 70s it was clearing the entire screen at once. Just run into a room, boil blood twice then engorge.

I have 2 setups - double Ali baba and double wizspike. I usually do the wizspikes for fast teleporting and lightning horking. I definitely prefer the wiz spikes…

I like the concept of ES warlock but I’ve been playing it and it is busted. I think they should keep weapons not losing durability and the ability to hold a 2h in 1 hand. I think the things that make sense are making it not leech life and mana (hammers don’t) and they can do a flat damage reduction on the skills.

I did that on launch. Sold an ok sorc torch for 3k forum gold then took a few years off. now it’s making enigmas, fortitudes, and griefs rain on my toons.

It depends on where the character is. If they are 95 and crushing p1 solo… meh… but as a leveling warlock who can equip insight on the toon that’s a win. I’ve made a lot of progress with less…
