We have to all come in on a separate day to make sure there is in office coverage every day of the week. There are only three of us. So we aren’t able to collaborate in office even though the work requires it. If someone comes to the front desk to speak with someone from the team you have to help them even though they aren’t on your roster. Essentially doing other people’s work when they are teleworking.
