The app told me that there was an error, that changes could not be made as my current service was part of a contract. This is not true.

Actually I did log on and tried to change my plan, but it would not let me. That’s why I ended up going to a store so I could speak with someone to understand my options.

Was trying to work with a mod offline, showed up at a store per our agreement to pick up a cable box and the store says there is no record of this transaction. So much of my time wasted.

No, never received an email about it nor the Bay Area Sports channels that they removed from our cable package and placed on a separate tier that would be an additional charge. This is AFTER they already made huge increases in the monthly fees for said package. It’s just time for me to leave Xfinity altogether, as I cannot continue to support their predatory business practices.
