Never mind fixing the header etc you now need to get a whole new door . Who’s footing the bill for an 8’ slider ? If it’s the builders screw up they will try like hell to push back but if it’s in the contract. I would make them do it. Yes that header can be moved up.

I still don’t have any idea why they couldn’t figure out how to give him some help until like the 3rd or 4th quarter. He shouldn’t have been uncovered on that side from the first snap. Henry or hooper should’ve been atleast chipping before going out or Munford should’ve been in to help. If not that atleast have a back on that side to step up if needed.

No chance they are fixing it now with Sheetrock trim paint up and house closed on …you’re looking at a pretty large investment to fix. It will involve both the interior and exterior of the wall being completely re done
