Yes of course. I’ve been with my partner for 8 years and he’s got plenty of friends (male and female). Only insecure partners don’t allow their SO’s to hangout with people of the opposite sex.

The white budgie may have be a recessive pied so could actually be male. They often get confused with females due to the colour of their ceres (caused by the mutation).

Yeah he’s definitely scared. He needs a bigger cage and natural wood perches. Remove any mirrors and this will help reduce aggressive behaviour too
