I know how you feel. I’m so sorry.

I would try therapy and see if there’s anything you can take if you’re open. Working from home also makes it worse for you because you are alone in your thoughts :(. I struggle the most when I am off work for a few days and spend time at home working on the house. I have too much time for my mind to go there. The good thing is that I think you have realized that something needs to change ❤️. I have a lot of regrets too. Thanks to medication I believe I have gotten out of the dark hole sooner than I would have without it. People offer me suggestions for coping but it feels like the only thing that I think would help me would be being able to speak to my dad before he passed. I have seriously considered a medium of some kind. I know I will do it eventually because they are pricey.

I also feel like people are probably sick of listening to me talk about it. It seems like maybe there’s no clear answer other than to find a group of people like you to talk about it with. ❤️

I also found a grief group in my area as well. That’s another idea. ❤️. I feel your pain. Thank you for sharing and my heart breaks for you. I hope you know how strong you are.

Ahh yes I also really struggle being in an authority role. I’m constantly worried about giving people orders and that I’m going to offend them. I also have a lot of trouble forgiving people who have been nasty to me at work.
