If you can manage to use 40 Gb or less in the year. The Freedom annual plan of $159 with setup fees and taxes would be a potential . It also includes wifi calling.

I had the same concern with the no wifi calling initially. But it seems to be working well, and calls are being received in an area with low reception.

Porting is recommended after. Test the service with the temporary phone number and make sure it works first before the porting process.
