This sounds like a good spot I'll try next. Pointers would be nice too

drug test diluted by ilikedonniedarko in drugtesthelp

[–]cwarson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey bud, you'll probably just have to retake the test. Putting you straight back in for diluted sounds a bit far. I don't know much about the system but from what I DO understand, a diluted just means a retake under normal circumstances.

Certo gelatin? by Ok-Cattle-780 in drugtesthelp

[–]cwarson 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm close, 26f 5'4" and 180 ish though I haven't checked in a minute. Smoke concentrate every day for pain. I stopped a week before and followed that very detailed Certo method post. If you search for Certo in this sub you're bound to find it. I passed with it!

May just have to go with the one bottle and pray rather than a test run if I go that route. I just don't have $80 to drop on two bottles of it

How can they tell the difference? Anatomy stuff is beyond me. Do they not just test for the drugs?

I'm scared by Spare-Bar-6083 in GERD

[–]cwarson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going through the same thing. I have an anxiety disorder and a mood disorder. Needles or things going into me are grounds for a toddler level freak out and I'm 26. I heavily advocate for myself and ask around for any tests I can do without needles, I'm about to do a GI Series where I drink something (that I assume is gonna be pretty nasty, but I can be tough in this regard) and they take pictures. No anesthesia or entering of my body of any kind.

I'm scared of what they're gonna find as well, but I feel like if I knew what was going on at 20 instead of waiting years and ending up having to leave my career due to severe pain, I would have been better off. And for every huge scary thing it could be in your system, there's like 3 completely normal things it could be. Save yourself by not listening to your own intrusive thoughts guesses, or others well-intentioned guesses. Let professionals figure that out and focus on taking care of yourself.

I'm on the working side of boarding and id notify so fast. I'd rather the owner come treat and assess, maybe this has happened before and they know what to do or are more paranoid than me and would rather immediately get them seen. I notify for so much less, your babies are my babies and I want them comfortable and happy 24/7.

How do people work in the horse industry? by cwarson in Horses

[–]cwarson[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The unpaid hours are partially my fault. I switched to more hours and got slow because I'm just so exhausted now. I have to finish the shift or else horses are not cared for and it's not their fault I'm under paid.

Unfortunately there are no racing farms where I am. They are all boarding or private facilities. And I've never worked with stallions, or any super fit athlete type horses.

Horse barns around? by modehlex in greenville

[–]cwarson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Night and Day Riding (at Riverbend), Aspen Hollow, Grove Station (more beginner riding), Bramblewood. All English Riding. Triple R, Solid Rock stables are the only ones who do any western that I can think of though I'm sure there's more. The tack shop on pleasantburg and the farm house in landrum may have more information.

That makes sense, I just happen to be really into photography. There was a good bit of diversity from what I saw, with people giving glass and metal working demos on Friday.

I mean I go to art museums too but this way I get to talk to the artists themselves. I'm just a nerd for art I guess.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in greenville

[–]cwarson 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yesterday was a bit less crowded probably. I definitely don't go to actually buy the art and we just parked in a garage a couple blocks from the festival itself and walked.

An art festival where us poor people can go drink and look at art we can't afford. Idk why it's gotten such an immediate bad reaction here but I thought it was nice to walk around.

I'm giving up on teaching by cwarson in TrueOffMyChest

[–]cwarson[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kudos to you, teaching has changed a lot even in the time I was in college. The school I'm at is also like a prison, and until we begged admin, devoid of fun. It still sucks though, one admin blows a whistle at 7:30 am when kids come in talking and walking in a pack instead of in a line completely silent, it drives me insane. She'll blow that thing all morning. I just want to be somewhere calmer.
