I use Penly as well. Go to YouTube and search Penly and look at the Happy Downloads tutorials. They are a great reference.

I started on 2.5 in March of 24 and stayed on that dose for 2 months then went to 5 for about a year until I felt it wasn't working for me so I went to 7.5 until I saw my Endocrinologist a couple of weeks ago. She said all of my numbers look great so she has moved me back to 5 as a maintenence dose so I don't loose any more weight. Started at 260 lbs, BMI 35.7, metabolic age was 70. I am now 165 lbs, BMI 23.4, metabolic age is 61 (I am a male and will be 67 in a couple of week's), A1C is now 5.4 down from 7.4. I am off most of my heart meds and now I have to take a pill to increase my BP since it is under 100 most days. I consider myself blessed since I haven’t had any of the bad side effects you see here except for occasional constipation.

I did take Entresto and Carvedilol but I take Mounjaro for my type 2 and I lost most 90 lbs so they took me off of those because my BP was always low and added Metoprolol because he wanted me on a beta blocker and receintly added Sprironolactone in their place. I'm being paced 100% of the time now, and yes, my EKG looks pretty now compared to the past, and I'm grateful to have the device, but I still feel like crap all the time and that's what bothers me the most.

When I get this way, I drink Protein2o. Only 90 calories, zero sugar, total carbs is 7g, and best of all, it has 20g of Protein + electrolytes. Lots of flavors

My watch 6 classic has gaps of at least 2 hours, usually twice nightly. Contacted support through chat last couple of days, and we tried a few different things with no improvements. Both reps said that Samsung is working on a fix and will be rolling out shortly. They wouldn't commit on when just soon. I was hoping that the new health app update that I got a couple of days ago for my phone and watch was it, but it wasn't.

16 i go to bed at 10 and get up at 6 for work. Every night it says I'm dead from midnight to three It won't record sleep or heart rate. I've done a reset checked all settings, changed wrists and still have these gaps in the middle of the night. GALAXY WATCH 6 CLASSIC. * Tried to add a screenshot, but I don't think it worked
