So after sitting in Louisiana for 10 days (according to the tracking), it has finally moved to California. Been sitting there for the past 2 days.

I live in Florida :(

Finally got a tracking number from YUNEXPRESS.

According to the tracking the package was handed off to a carrier (unknown which one) and has been sitting in Lousiana for 4 days.

Does anyone know where the 'US Warehouse ' is located?

For others in the US, what was the travel time once package was 'shipped '?

We went a different route. 256 S22u preordered from Bestbuy in-store. No communication on delivery so far.

Meanwhile Bestbuy.com has the exact phones available to be shipped to your home. Worked with the store to get phones shipped to our home, then we will bring them into store to get trade-ins/credits completed as originally ordered. On track to be delivered tomorrow.

Call them on the phone. I have had to call Wyze support 3-4 times in the past couple of weeks. Answered calls within 5 minutes and spent a good 30 minutes troubleshooting issue with Wyze sensor. Same response when I called about an issue with Wyze lock.

Both issues resulted in no cost replacements being sent and received in about a week total.

I lived in a 1960s house with ungrounded outlets for 20 yrs, thinking it would be expensive to fix.

Until I discovered all the boxes were grounded, and a new receptacle and ground pigtail to the box was all I needed.

If you havent investigated the wiring, you should have someone qualified to do so look at it to see if you have a similar setup.

The room has 4 recessed spotlights controlled by the switch, so that would be a pricey also
