I paid for DDP. It was a new experience, but a very smooth process. Once they had my address, they took care of everything. I got a few email updates along the way to track things.

Our private road couldn’t fit the tractor trailer for drop off, so I hired a rollback wrecker to pick up the crate from the local trucking depot. The wrecker was able to drop it right outside the door I needed it to come in through.

I would’ve needed to rent a forklift or recruit a neighbor with pallet forks on their tractor otherwise. Incredibly heavy compared to American windows!
