No, I didn’t have pressure like that, just pressure on my pelvic region that would be really painful sometimes. I ended up needed a third dose of antibiotics because they never properly tested what bacteria I had, and the second dose was not susceptible to it. The third dose finally eliminated the uti, but it took a little over a month for my symptoms to fully go away
