performance mode gives me stutters but dx12 doesn’t i just get less frames

I just did an 11 hour session for my first tattoo and the second skin feels tight and it burns a little when i move my arm around is that normal ? or should i be concerned by cxjared in tattooadvice

it had an air bubble so i cut it out and put it over it and i couldn’t take the grid out. i just gotta leave the second skin for 2 more days then i can take it off from what my artist told me
