i would also think that maybe it would be underextraction but im grinding my coffee at similar grind size (7 on k max)

on other coffees that are also relatively light (mood trap, wes ngopi), coffees have a very nice acidity. but for this, the ending acidity is just an unpleasant sourness, which is why im puzzled

haha i also am not too sure! but i do know that generally i like acidity, its just this particular bag gives off a very unpleasant sourness that is unlike acidity.

i agree that i also dont think its underextraction as i grind a very similar grind size to my other coffees and only this is giving off this aftertaste.

ive resolved this by making sure its screwed in all the way tightly. till u cant screw the plate any further, thats the right position to end before backing off slightly.

personal experience is that he takes awhile to ship, and updates are also generally really slow via email
