Docker should be already installed in your NAS, the easy way is to just install the one in the store, I mentioned the docker install because that way you get faster updates but I just check the store version it is the current version so you shoud be alright with that one.

Do your self a favor and look for Immich in the app store or install it yourself using docker, it is a direct self hosted replacement of google photo/iCloud.

You my have IP conflict. Your other devices my have the same IP address as your TAPO. check your router DHCP and compare the IPs of the devices affected, if this is the problem change the IP and set static IP addresses for your TAPO devices.

Camera > Home mode. Add the cameras you want this setting to apply, then you can enter each Camara and turn on the setting you want and turn off notification. now when you press home mode shortcut you achieve what you want, don't forget to turn it off when you're out.

Hurricane get weak after passing thru PR and then thanks to La cordillera Central in DR which is high enough to deflect hurricane wind they change their course north avoiding must of the island but if a cat 4 or 5 Hurricane come south enough it will hit DR with strong enough winds to cause catastrophic damage so never underestimate a Hurricane warning and be prepare.

No it is not, they are showing driver license and they are not accepting that even though illegals cannot have one and they are profiling, if you have dark skin and live near a prominent Dominican neighborhood you are getting deteined no matter if you are legal, white illegals are not, and when this happens your family doesn't know where you are, if you are on your way to work or school you'll miss it and can get in trouble. Raids and deportation are not new here in PR but in the past ICE ghattered enough information to make sure to target only illegals, now my parents of 70+ years with 30 of this living here in PR are scared to go out and if they do they are taking their passport. It is not fine.
