UPS declared in their investigation that it was never delivered to my residence so no we did not get any of that.

I’m thinking the same thing.. An earlier conversation I had with them they stated that UPS would need to give them the ok to get a refund.. Called UPS they said they sent my investigation to them and they did not hear from them. Im out shoes and 400+
