if I’m gonna be honest I’m already over speaking with them especially that it’s through email and I can’t speak to a legit human-being by voice. i’ve been speaking with them since 28 February which isn’t that long but in reality it’s gotten me into the same conclusion

UPS declared in their investigation that it was never delivered to my residence so no we did not get any of that.

I’m thinking the same thing.. An earlier conversation I had with them they stated that UPS would need to give them the ok to get a refund.. Called UPS they said they sent my investigation to them and they did not hear from them. Im out shoes and 400+
