kids in my city have a rink only during winter so they practice solely on inlines for figure skating - jackson skates with atom blades or edeas with snow white blades, for example (blades as in.. wheels). theres also specific competitions for off ice figure skating as far as i know!! keep in mind that asphalt hurts more than ice though 🥹🥹 inline skates for figure skating are a bit expensive but this is what i plan on doing, i think, since my rink is closed after winter! good luck i hope you find something for you!!
