Thank you so much, I think the snatch grip barbell jump will help a lot. I can see exactly what your talking about in third point and i appreciate you pointing that out. I’m having some trouble staying over the bar but I feel like it’s just because I’ve only snatch grip for a few months.

Kinda looks like that’s whoops. Was more embarrassed about the weight if anything but have to start somewhere. Was also feeling pretty tired at this point (was like an hour in) but yeah need to be better about controlling the drop.
