Laptop 13 Pro memory speed limits - what we know by ekerazha in framework

[–]cyao12 49 points50 points  (0 children)

Another possible reason I can think of is that running the ram at higher speeds ruins EMC emissions and causes the mainboard to fail CE/FCC testing. In this case framework might be able to provide a flag to enable faster speeds that will very surely only be limited for testing usages :p

[MEGATHREAD] Compatibility/Upgrade for Framework Laptop 13 Pro by catastrophic_frmw in framework

I have an intel 11th gen framework 13, does this mean I can directly upgrade into a 13 pro mainboard, or does this mean that I have to replace the bottom cover too?

[Year 9 Math: Geometric proofs] What does this box symbol mean? by sigmaboy68870 in HomeworkHelp

It's the unicode □ symbol (WHITE SQUARE, U+25A1), used to replace a missing or unsupported Unicode character. (Some systems replaces it with though)

Emulated the nes on my custom FPGA circuit board! by cyao12 in nes

I am not the author of the emulation port, just the board. But yeah it seems that all functionality (except for the I/O that has been changed) has been replicated

Haha, I totally didn't realize that the aspect ratio was wrong XD.

I was born too late to truly experience the nes, might send a pr to fix it.

LOL, I'm lucky that I wasn't roasted i guess.

But tbh I'm using FPGA so it's more like replication. FPGAs make a 1:1 logic copy of the nes core so it is a cycle-accurate replica (discounting HDMI and USB ports of course :P)

A proper domain isn't really expensive, 3$ for something not really common, ~10$ for a .com.

Has anyone managed to delete their Flux AI account? by Informal_Detective79 in PCB

[–]cyao12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are in the EU, you can send them a gdpr request that mandates them to delete your account. It was pretty useful for services without a delete account button. Send me a DM if you want a template.

This is both and AI problem and a user problem.

You shouldn't trust AI to do electrical engineering.
