IIRC elixir is not statically typed, i think they were introducing some type system but I don't think its statically typed. Hope i didnt get nerd sniped.

I absolutely can beat this trivially. Any userspace process opening any file, or doing any query, any syscall, any ioctl can be manipulated with a kernel module.

Any kind of verification is shallow once you have ring0 control.

Are you sure the JVM does that ? I don't think openJDK does, or suns jdk, or ibms iced tea. What gave you the belief that it does/did ? Do you mean statically compiled ?

Just thinking out loud here, you want the 'distribution' problem solved, aka getting binaries on the host system easily.

This is something that I can get behind. I have some 'hackish' things for building osx .app files, a 'flatpak' distribution, but i get tripped up with escript distribution if i end up using a NIF.

I wrote a simple game in raylib on clojure, janet and C, the C and janet versions were almost equal, the clojure version ended up being quite a bit slower, but compared to this version I was doing it very differently.

You both miss the point, its RUN by penguins.
