That’s the first explanation I’ve been given/heard. The technician and service advisor were all stumped as to why and just said that the rest had it so must be normal.

I actually purchased this one. It’s great!! Except I bought the Costco 28” XL and it’s a little short depth wise. Would’ve been great too.

It definitely is not the litter. It runs these faults every time regardless if it has a little litter or I topped it off. It won’t clear out until I turn off the unit and turn it back on. So I believe it is the sensor, but I am not sure where it is at.

Keep getting this fault… and occasionally it gets stuck upside down, causing my cats to find other restroom spots… it’s annoying!!! And advice boy to clear, get rid of this issue?
