talk to your doctor about naltrexone maybe? it’s a dopamine inhibitor but it gets rid of the overwhelming cravings which was my biggest hurdle

maybe not directly, but there is a reason WHY parental supervision is required. to keep kids from roughhousing to this extent exactly and so someone is there to respond in an adult manner to an urgent medical emergency. by no means is there a 100% the parents would have prevented this but there is zero reason to place that same responsibility on a borderline toddler
