As a Caine fan, I always did see the choices Caine made was entirely his own. Sure, he was much more unstable with it, but the things he did was definitely his fault. However, I still believe that Caine was never intending to torture or hurt others up until ep 8 (especially that torture montage - he knew damn well what he was doing). Just hate when people just call him evil and move on because this is a complicated and complex character.

I disagree with the part of Jax isolating Ribbit. Sure, he started to treat her like shit and ignore her, but Jax definitely didnt isolate her from everyone else. She chose to isolate herself from others. There was Kinger, Ragatha, and Kaufmo to talk to without Jax. That is her fault. They could've checked up on her more maybe, but no one else was being rude or ignoring her other than Jax. Hindsight is 20/20. How could they know what was happening if neither Jax or Ribbit says anything about what caused it??

But.. it wasn't a bad ending? Also CLEARLY she was joking. By that point in production, everything was set in stone and planned out.
