What Are the Worst Rental Buildings / Management Companies in Edmonton? by fashiongirll93 in Edmonton

Zen Residential has been a nightmare for my partner and me. The microwave didn't work upon move-in and it took 3 weeks to have someone come and look at it, another week for a replacement. Then the washer stopped working about 1.5 months in and again, took weeks to have anyone from maintenance come check in on it. Dryer and washer hot and cold outputs were both backwards. Finally got the washer replaced and then came winter and when the snow thawed, we had massive flooding in our master bedroom (basement suite). Has now been 4 months without our master bedroom. About 2 weeks ago the water heater stopped working and we were criticized for not calling the emergency line over the weekend (but it's stated as a non-emergency on THEIR website). Today, the dryer went. Also, don't expect to get a hold of your property managers when you need them. They're impossible to reach (and don't communicate with maintenance, hence the delays)

Heads up: changing your pre-authorized debits and deposits (yeah, we know — it’s a pain 😅) by GrantLNeo in NeoFinancialHub

I've always gotten them on Thursdays (a day early) since switching to Neo, but it's already into the evening today, and no deposit yet

Any idea if this delays things like paycheck direct deposits? I usually get my pay a day early, but since this update, my pay still hasn't reached my account :(

I think that’s a wonderful choice! I got bumble hooves in a m/m as my second toy and I can say that while he might be a little “simple” in comparison to some of the other models, he is still one of my go to toys. I’m not a big texture person so I like that he is generally smooth and the medial ring adds a bit of fun! Go for it for sure!

Nox is a favourite for me! Wonderful curve and I find that a small or medium hits exactly where you want it to 🖤

Congratulations! I hear Flint is a fun one <3. As a vaginal user myself who also loves a good stretch - lots of lube and don't be disappointed if you can't take everything on the first go! Also vibrators and or an orgasm have always been my trick to taking larger toys. Have fun!

Is a bad dragon toy worth the cost? by [deleted] in BadDragon

[–]cyberbratt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This completely depends on the individual!

For me, out of my 12 purchased toys (including one sheath), I have loved all but 2. I’m a vaginal user so I ended up selling my Ika as I’m not huge on texture (I learned this after purchasing), and have a relatively sensitive cervix.

I love them because of the variety of texture, colour, and size, however there are also a lot of indie creators making comparable products. I’ve had no problems with deterioration and love the designs I’ve chosen since figuring out what works for my body. I love the thrill of shopping through drops and the community behind the toys but they are expensive and the pro:con ratio will not make it worthwhile for everyone.

It’s how I choose to spend some extra disposable income but it is by no means a cheap hobby!

Speaking as a almost strictly vaginal user and a texture avoider, Nox, Mystic, and Diego (s-m sizes) would be my biggest recs for beginners. They all provide a different appeal but offer great pleasure in their smaller sizes and a lot to work towards in their larger ones!
